Family-friendly activities return this autumn with support from UMH and local cultural departments
The Natural History Museum will reopen from September to December, offering guided tours and hands-on science workshops. According to the city’s Department of Culture, the museum will host school groups on Fridays and welcome families and the general public on Sunday mornings.
Visitors can explore topics such as biodiversity, the human brain, DNA and the ocean through interactive games and educational activities after each tour. Registration is available online at https://forms.gle/4H5KB3TmwoKcWTaF9 or via the QR code on the event poster.
These activities are funded by the Miguel Hernández University (UMH) as part of the European Researchers’ Night and Science Week, with support from Torrevieja’s Culture, Education, Tourism and Parks & Gardens departments.
