City partners with Telpark to offer 12-hour parking for under €1 and discounts on EV charging
Torrevieja City Council has agreed with Telpark to offer 12 hours of parking in the Paseo del Mar garages for €0.99 from 8 to 30 September, with no day or time restrictions. City Hall announced the campaign on 4 September 2025.
Access is via Telpark’s app by purchasing Multipass bundles of 5, 10 or 20 entries. Number-plate reading enables ticketless entry/exit, and the registered plate can be changed later.
Buyers also get 30% off EV charging at Telpark sites across Spain until 31 December 2025. The initiative supports local commerce and reduces cruising for parking. Telpark operates 575 spaces in Torrevieja, has over 5.6 million app users, and more than 1,300 EV charge points nationwide.
