Fourth edition will grant 80 scholarships to music students at the local conservatory
Ricardo Lafuente scholarships announced in Torrevieja
The fourth edition of the “Ricardo Lafuente” Scholarships for the Development of Musical Talent is now open for applications. A total of 80 scholarships will be awarded for the 2025–2026 academic year to students enrolled in elementary music education at the “Francisco Casanovas” Professional Conservatory of Music in Torrevieja.
Organised by the Asociación Musical 3MAP in collaboration with the Torrevieja City Council, Fundación “La Caixa,” AGAMED, and Toloal Ingeniería de Seguridad, the program aims to support families and encourage musical studies among young people.
The scholarships cover full tuition fees and include loaned textbooks for the Musical Language subject, which must be returned in good condition at the end of the year as part of the Ricardo Lafuente Book Bank.
Applications are evaluated based on economic and family-related criteria. The deadline is July 31, 2025. Full details are available at www.asociacionmusical3map.es.
