Free course in pointillism offered in August, writes Instituto Municipal de Cultura.
The Instituto Municipal de Cultura “Joaquín Chapaprieta” in Torrevieja, supported by AGAMED, has announced the launch of the city’s first municipal School of Initiation to Pointillism. The course will run from August 4 to 29 at the Centro Cultural Virgen del Carmen, Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 12:00.
The classes will be taught by Asu Aniorte Tar and are open to anyone interested in learning pointillism — a painting technique that encourages artistic development, promotes relaxation, and helps reduce anxiety and stress. Participation is free, but students must bring their own materials and places are limited. Registration must be completed via the Sede Electrónica of the Instituto Municipal de Cultura using a general application form, writes Instituto Municipal de Cultura.
