EU-funded project to create modern community hub in Torrevieja
Torrevieja is moving forward with an important project to improve local facilities. The City Council has approved the tender for the design of a new Civic Centre in the San Roque neighbourhood.

Next steps in the project
The Council has now approved the contract for the technical design and project management. The selected professionals have a maximum of 18 weeks (four and a half months) to complete the basic and execution projects, along with all necessary technical studies. Once the design is ready, the actual construction works can be put out to tender.
