The Municipal Theatre of Torrevieja will host flamenco festival “Solera, Salero y Compás” and a candlelit tribute to ABBA this August.
This Thursday, August 14 at 20:00, the Casa de Andalucía “Rafael Albertí” presents the third edition of “Solera, Salero y Compás” at the Municipal Theatre of Torrevieja. Following the success of previous years, the evening will feature “Mi cante, mi verdad” with guest artists and “Leyenda” by the acclaimed Ballet Flamenco Lo Ferro. The line-up includes singer Jesús Castilla, winner of Lo Ferro’s 2024 Melón de Oro, accompanied by guitarist El Niño Manuel.
On Saturday, August 16 at 20:00, the venue shifts from flamenco to iconic pop with Candlelight: Tribute to ABBA. Surrounded by hundreds of candles, the Salzillo Quartet will perform classics such as Dancing Queen, The Winner Takes it All, Mamma Mia, Waterloo and Chiquitita, in elegant string arrangements.
