Lara Dibildos and César Lucendo star in a comedy about unexpected lockdown cohabitation
On Friday, August 23 at 9:00 p.m., audiences can enjoy Estado de Alarma at the Teatro Municipal in Torrevieja. The play, starring Lara Dibildos and César Lucendo, is set during the March 2020 lockdown, when two strangers are suddenly forced to live together.
Fede, a policeman on sick leave for depression, tries to sell his old house full of painful memories. Julia, a Spanish lawyer living in London, urgently needs a place to stay. During the house viewing, Spain shuts down, and the two must unexpectedly share the home.
With warmth, humor, and an emotional story, the play explores isolation, hope, and human connection in times of uncertainty. Tickets are available at the theater box office and at www.culturatorrevieja.com.
